Orders & Shipping
Orders received by 3pm local time (CST) Monday through Thursday ship the next day. Orders received after 1pm Fridays, or during the weekend, ship the next business day, which will be Monday. Once your order begins processing, it will be marked as 'processing' in your account. At this point, we can no longer make changes to your order in any way.
*When ordering candles: to protect the candles in hot weather conditions we will only ship orders Monday - Thursday.
Cancelling An Order
Change your mind? Cancelling your order is a piece of cake. Visit the order history page in your account. You will see a listing of recent orders with the 'click to cancel' option next to each that has yet to be processed.
If the status of your order says 'processing,' then unfortunately the order is beyond cancellation. It has already been boxed up and moved to our shipping area. Should you still wish to cancel, please refuse delivery of the order and the package will be returned to us. We'll then gladly credit you the value of the items selected, minus the cost of round trip shipping.
We want you to be happy with every item you order from Serasana. We will gladly accept back any item within 30 days of purchase. To begin your return process, simply email [email protected].
If an item arrives damaged, please initiate the return process via the returns and claims section of your account page. Please indicate that the item was damaged and that you'd like a replacement. We will provide a UPS return label, and once the damaged item is received, will gladly ship you a replacement.

When customers submit sensitive information via our site, your information is protected both on and off-line.All sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) submitted on our site is encrypted and is protected with SSL encryption, the best industry standard.While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also work hard to protect user-information offline as well.
