Usual Dosage: 
Take 3 to 4 capsules, three times daily, as needed to relieve pain, or as directed by your health practitioner.  
The dosage may be increased up to 6 to 8 capsules every four to six hours if necessary, especially in the early stages of injury when there is severe and excruciating pain.  
When the pain subsides, reduce the dosage to 3 or 4 capsules, three times daily.  
For maximum effectiveness, take the herbs on an empty stomach, with two tall glasses of warm water.

Che Qian Zi (Semen Plantaginis) (plantain seed)
Chuan Niu Xi (Radix Cyathulae) (cyahula root)
Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong) (rhizome of ligusticum wallichii)
Dan Shen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae) (red sage root)
Dang Gui (Radicis Angelicae Sinensis) (angelica root)
Du Zhong (Cortex Eucommiae) (eucommia bark)
E Zhu (Rhizoma Curcumae) (zeodoary)
Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) (licorice root)
Gui Zhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi) (cinnamon)
San Leng (Rhizoma Sparganii) (burreed rhizome)
Shen Jin Cao (Herba Lycopodii) (ground pine)
Yan Hu Suo (Rhizoma Corydalis) (corydalis)
Yi Yi Ren (Semen Coicis) (coix seed)
Ze Xie (Rhizoma Alismatis) (oriental waterplantain)
