An herbal formula used to treat chronic low back pain associated with sciatica, osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.

Usual Dosage:
Take 3 to 4 capsules, three times daily, as needed to relieve pain, or as directed by your health practitioner.  
The dosage may be increased up to 6 to 8 capsules every four to six hours if necessary, especially in the early stages of injury when there is severe and excruciating pain.  
For maximum effectiveness, take the herbs on an empty stomach, with two tall glasses of warm water.

Zhi Gan Cao (Rx/Rz Glycyrrhizae Praeparata) (licorice root)
Du Zhong (Cortex Eucommiae) (eucommia bark)
Sang Ji Sheng (Herba Taxilli) (white mulberry twig)
Du Huo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis) (angelica root)
Mu Gua (Fructus Chaenomelis) (chaenomeles fruit)
Ji Xue Teng (Caulis Spatholobi) (millettia vine)
Wei Ling Xian (Rx/Rz Clematidis) (clematis root)
Chuan Niu Xi (Radix Cyathulae) (cyahula root)
Qian Nian Jian (Rz Homalomenae) (obscured homalomena rhizome)
Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae) (rehmannia juice)
